How to order

VAT is included in the price but delivery charges are not. Delivery charges are calculated, before you are committed to the purchase, when you enter the ordering system.

To order products using this website, follow these steps:

1. Find the product you wish to purchase and go to the foot of the description.
2. For each product enter the quantity you require and select, where applicable, the options you require.
3. Click the 'Add to basket' button. A box will be shown (your 'Shopping Basket') containing the product(s) you have selected.
4. When you have added all the items you are interested in to your Shopping Basket click on the 'View Basket' button to the left of the screen.
5. On the View Basket page, make sure that the basket contains the products you wish to order. If you wish to remove an item do so by altering the quantity to zero.
6. Click on the 'Checkout' button.
7. The Grand Total line is the amount you will have to pay. YOU ARE NOT COMMITTED TO THE PURCHASE AT THIS STAGE. If you do not wish to proceed you may select another option or use the back button.
8. If you wish to proceed fill in any information the page requires, select a payment method and click the 'Proceed' button.
9. Please read our Terms and Conditions and click the 'Proceed' button at the foot of the page.
10. If you selected to pay by credit card via the site you will proceed to a secure server. To ensure a high level of security, your credit card details are protected using an encryption algorithm. This means that all data input on our site is coded and can only be decoded by us using a PDQ machine. Our host provides a Secure Socket Layer security system with 128-bit encryption security.
11. At the new page, fill in the required details.
12. You will be issued with an order number and the order will be confirmed by email. We will contact you to confirm the delivery date.
