The Stornoway is a very able and stable sailing dinghy. It is in a clinker style which enhances the beauty of the lines without the requirement for additional frames. This boat has watertight chambers under the seats and the foredeck to provide buoyancy. It is not necessary to clutter the cockpit with annoying buoyancy bags.

The kit is for the hull only.

This hull kit does not include the mast, boom, fittings or sails. Budget about £150 to make a wooden mast or £650 to purchase an aluminium one. The sails cost depends upon the rig but we can supply the sails shown above for £607 which is probably the most expensive option.
